In the case where you apply or participate in a training course that we may offer, we will maintain the strictest confidence of information relating to your intellectual property. Unless permitted by you, we will not disclose to anybody any information, images or video content relating to your intellectual property. We will ensure appropriate non disclosure procedures are in place for all course participants and training staff at all times. See clauses 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7.

3. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
3.1. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
3.2. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
3.3. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
3.4. We will not use, divulge or communicate to any person or entity the information or intellectual property you share when you apply for a training course that we may be offering.
3.5. All selected participants of the Bench to Business training course including a Space Tank representative will be required to sign a non disclosure agreement to protect the intellectual property rights of course participants.
3.7. If you wish to do so, you may give us permission via a Right of Use Agreement to use images, video content and written text relating to your intellectual property. This will be managed on an individual basis and agreed to by both parties.
5. DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
5.1. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
